Auction

The auction was great, some really nice artwork; wish I'd had the money to bid on some. Lots of money raised for charity. When I left the winning bid on mine was £150 :)

I think I'm addicted to drawing waterside villages. It must be what living in London does to me.

10x10 Drawing the city

A drawing made for an internal competition at the Architect's I work at (Aedas) with the real competition in mind for 100 architects to make a drawing of the city, the brief being to make a drawing from a small section of the city given to you from a 10x10 grid satellite picture of the City of London. This was drawn not far from Bank station on Threadneedle Street.

I am in love with this book I found in a Godalming charity shop. Such good illustrations.

wedding

Have not long finished designing some wedding invites for a lovely couple- Jon and Gabi. Will get some pictures up of the proper printed article soon. Loved doing this- may start up my own hand-drawn wedding stationary business?

Experiments in screen print

Here are some of my first ever experiments with screen printing that I got the chance to do at London Print Studio before I went away traveling. The third image I created during my short course in screen printing, exposing collage images. The first two I created with some of my own drawings in my first couple of sessions in the studio on my own. Can't wait to get back there to experiment some more.
